today i watched the national geographic on penguins...
they live in the ice deserts of Antarctica...cool man...it's so damn extraordinary cold there, of course lah crap, Antarctica leh! stupid~
hahahahahahhahahhhha
their body can withstand such frigid weather...with frozen ice..snow...and gale force winds
and the ocean is like freezing frozen one
the penguins' colors r very nice..i like the smooth snow too...hah

the show is called "MARCH OF THE PENGUINS"




















Emperor penguins in their thousands abandon the deep blue security of their long journey into a region so bleak, so extreme. it supports no other wildlife at this time of year. In single file, the penguins march blinded by lizzards, buffeted by gale force winds.

i want to see more national geographic shows but i don have the channel...too too bad

and today i've also checked out why is there lightning and where does it occur...so the answer is tt it's from the clouds...not from outside the earth or what lah...like last time i ask ppl they say..haha
is the top of the clouds have +ve charges then bottom r -ve charges then blah blah then got lightning...also don quite understand..but i kno why there is thunderstorm...

it's cos the heat from the lightning flash is 5x hotter than the sun's surface then when it strikes, it causes the air nearby to expand & vibrate so there is thunderstorm...hehe..all these i rephrase myself one lah..dunno correct anot...

actually im interested in why there are volcanic eruptions, tornados & all those earth thingy (physical), and different 'arrangements' of the clouds...but it seems tt i have to go & check it out myself since my geo didnt teach all these.......

and the midyr exams are on their way to knock on my door and i've gotta work hard......
