heard from my bro who went sentosa again yesterday tt a teenager died at the silosa beach there...when he arrived there already saw it. like say between 4-5pm he reached there? so the tragic accident shld be in the early afternoon. haiz...so sad. i think he drowned or what bah...hmmm...=/
